Complete the following:
45 KB Swings – Partner’s must alternate every 15 reps
45 Box Jumps – Partner’s must alternate every 15 reps
36 KB Swings- Alternate every 12 reps
36 Box Jumps – Alternate every 12 reps
27 KB Swings – Alternate every 9 reps
27 Box Jumps – Alternate every 9 reps
Finish the AMRAP Burpees.

Rx’d Males = 70# KB/30″ Box
Rx’d Females = 44# KB/ 24″ Box
Scaled Males = 53# KB/24″ Box
Scaled Females = 35# KB/ 18″ Box
