“Tag In, Tag Out Ladder”

1. Box Jumps

2. Burpees

3. Abmat Situps

4. KB Swings 53/35

5. Wall Ball

Both partners start in the designated tag in, tag out area… Partner one complete 1 box jump then tags partner number 2 who then completes one burpee. Partner number 2 tags partner 1 who the completes one abmat sit up. Parnter 1 tags partner number 2 who then completes one box jump. Partner 2 tags partner who then compete one wall ball…

Repeat above each round adding a rep per movement each round…
