100 bench press 135/95 or 155/105

100 hang PC 115/75 or 135/95

* continuous assault bike throughout workout*

At 3,2,1 go, one athlete starts work with barbell, one athlete starts on assault bike, one athlete rests. Athletes split reps how they see fit but one athlete must be on the assault bike at all times. Score is the time and calories biked
