20 Minute AMRAP

Tag In, Tag Out Ladder

1. Handstand or Hand Release Push Ups

2. Burpees Box jumps

3. KB Swings

4. Toes to Bar

5. Wall Ball

Both partners start in the designated tag in, tag out area… Partner one complete 1 HSPU then tags partner number 2 who then completes one Burpee box jump. Partner number 2 tags partner 1 who the completes one KBS. Parnter 1 tags partner number 2 who then completes t2b. Partner 2 tags partner who then compete one wall ball…
