Hi I'm Katrina, a registered dietitian nutritionist that specializes in sports nutrition. I've been working with athletes for over 10 years, helping them improve their performance and body composition. I started CrossFit in June of 2013 after running 2 Chicago marathons and never looked back. You can usually find me at the 9am class most days. I am also a personal trainer with an emphasis in women's fitness. When I'm not at the gym I'm at home running my own nutrition business or hanging out with my two kids, Alexandria and Connor.
